Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 No. 1198

1. To add Item 3 after words of "federal executive bodies" with words ", federal state bodies".

2. In Rules of assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification concerning the military personnel approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules determine procedure for assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification concerning the military personnel passing military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies, except for the military personnel, replacing military positions of medical and pharmaceutical specialties, replacing positions of military prosecutors of bodies of military prosecutor's office and the staff of military investigating bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.";

b) the paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:
