1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2004 No. 1445 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out free burial of the died (died) persons who have special merits and special labor merits before the Homeland, combatants and disabled veterans" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 43, of Art. 2842; 2009, No. 89, Art. 3016):
1) in the name and the deciding part of the resolution of the word to "disabled veterans" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability owing to war";
2) in the name and the text of the Procedure approved by the specified resolution of the word "disabled veteran" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "person with disability owing to war" in the corresponding case and number.
