About approval of the Regulations on workers who perform service functions in bodies of diplomatic service

1. Approve such which are applied:

Regulations on workers who perform service functions in bodies of diplomatic service;

The list of positions of workers which perform service functions in bodies of diplomatic service;

Standard form of the contract with workers who perform functions on servicing in the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and representations the MFA in the territory of Ukraine;

Standard form of the contract with workers who perform service functions in foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 219 "About approval of the Regulations on service personnel of system of bodies of diplomatic service of Ukraine and the List of positions of workers of service personnel of system of bodies of diplomatic service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2017 for No. 751/30619.

3. To provide to department of management of personnel submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the State secretary the MFA.
