About approval of the List of diseases and physical defects of citizens in the presence of which ownership of weapon is contraindicated

Based on part fourteen of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2001 "About weapon" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 61-Z

1. Approve the list of diseases and physical defects of citizens in the presence of which contraindicated ownership of weapon (is applied).

2. Determine that the Ministry of Health determines conditions in case of which observance ownership of weapon of citizens in the presence of diseases and physical defects specified in subitems 1 is possible. 4, 1.7, 1.12, 1.13 Items 1 and subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the list of diseases and physical defects of citizens in the presence of which ownership of weapon, approved by this resolution is contraindicated.

3. To the Ministry of Health in two-month time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

Declare invalid Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2012 No. 709 "About approval of the list of diseases and physical defects of citizens in the presence of which ownership of weapon, and introduction of amendments and changes in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 is contraindicated to No. 156".

5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
