Question of consumption of natural gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve regulations of consumption of natural gas as residential customers of natural gas in case of lack of counters of gas according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

application of regulations of consumption of natural gas by residential customers in case of lack of the counters of gas approved by Item 1 of this resolution is performed since August 9, 2018;

charge and accounting of debt on personal account of the residential customer for natural gas which arose in connection with loss of force resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2015 No. 237 "About modification of regulations of consumption of natural gas the population in case of lack of gas meters" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 36, of the Art. 1075) and of March 23, 2016 No. 203 "About regulations of consumption of natural gas the population in case of lack of gas meters" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 24, of the Art. 958) is not allowed;

are not charged to suppliers of natural gas for needs of residential customers debt for natural gas within regulations of consumption of natural gas by the population in case of lack of the gas meters approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1996 No. 619 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 13, the Art. 360), in the edition operating till October 1, 2014 and also penalties, 3% per annum and the inflation losses added on such debt.
