About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2002 No. 555 "About approval of the Regulations on provision to citizens of the Republic of Belarus of one-time subsidies for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises":
in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "with respect for the principle of odnorazovost of receipt of the state support, and also taking into account the provisions provided in parts of the third or eighth of subitem 1.3-1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13 " about some questions of provision to citizens of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 6, 1/13224)" shall be replaced with words "taking into account the features established in parts of the second or fourth of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13 "About some questions of provision to citizens of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises" with respect for the principle of odnorazovost of receipt of the state support, and also taking into account provisions, provided in parts of the third or ninth of subitem 1.3-1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13";
in Regulations on the provision to citizens of the Republic of Belarus of one-time subsidies for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises approved by this resolution:
from Item 11 the second offer to exclude;
in Item 12 part one to "appendix" shall be replaced with words the word to "appendix 1";
