In pursuance of the paragraph of third Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2018 "About enhancement of legal regulation of gaming" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for conducting examinations of models of gaming machines it (is applied).
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. To be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of models of the gaming machines allowed to use in the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2011 No. 424, it (is applied);
2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022 No. 175
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2019.
