1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2007 No. 1650 "About some questions of free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens approved by this resolution:
in Item 3:

add Item with words ", or in electronic form in the form of the electronic recipe of the doctor";
add Item with part of the following content:
"The electronic recipe of the doctor is created according to requirements of the legislation imposed to electronic documents, in the presence in the organizations of health care technical, program and the software and hardware used for creation, processing, storage, transfer and acceptance of information in electronic form.";
add item 4 with part of the following content:
"The electronic recipe of the doctor contains the data and details specified in the form of the recipe, except for detachable root, seal of the specialist doctor, stamps of the organization of health care and signatures.";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. In case of writing out of the medicines containing drugs and psychotropic substances to the recipe of the doctor, including to the electronic recipe of the doctor, the recipe of the doctor for writing out of drugs and psychotropic substances on the form which form according to part three of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 408-Z "About drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogs" is established by the Ministry of Health is in addition drawn up.";
