1. Approve Regulations on procedure for free and preferential providing with medicines and dressings of separate categories of citizens it (is applied).
1-1. Establish the list of the diseases granting the right to citizens on free providing with the medicines issued according to recipes of doctors within the list of the main medicines in case of out-patient treatment and also clinical nutrition, according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus and Council of Ministers of BSSR of December 30, 1977 No. 416 "About work of bodies of health care and measures for further improvement and enhancement of medical attendance of the population in the light of requirements of the XXV congress of the CPSU";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of BSSR of March 4, 1983 No. 69 "About free issue of medicines to separate categories of the patients who are on out-patient treatment";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of BSSR of September 14, 1987 No. 299 "About first-priority measures for improvement of health care in the Belarusian SSR in 1988-1990";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2001 No. 1506 "About approval of the Regulations on conditions and procedure for receipt of medicines by veterans according to recipes of doctors" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 100, 5/9217).
3. In three-months time to provide to the Ministry of Health and other republican state bodies reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this resolution.
