1. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of August 19, 2005 No. 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 20, 2005 for No. 1237/11517, which are applied.
2. To submit to department of licensing this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
