Rename the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
3. Authorized body concerning the company to determine the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan by management of the corresponding industry of public administration.
4. Object of activity of the company to determine:
1) participation in development of advisory documents of regulatory policy and drafts of legal acts, and also development of scientific concepts of development of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) carrying out efficiency analysis of the legislation (analysis of regulatory legal acts);
3) ensuring scientific linguistic examination of drafts of legal acts, international treaties which participant the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also drafts of international treaties intends to become;
