No. 321-332, 529) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 82/2006 about development of the mid-term forecast of expenses and the budget statement (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 21-24, 123).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

In the prolog of the Regulations on standard rates of expenses on holding of conferences, symposiums, festivals, etc. the public institutions financed from the public national budget approved by the Order of the Government No. 1151/2002 (2002, Art. No. 126-127, 1278) the words "and extrabudgetary funds" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "means, including the collected income".
