2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for:

Items 3 - the 6th list of types of regional state control (supervision) under which organization risk - the oriented approach is applied without fail approved by the specified resolution (in edition of this resolution) which become effective since January 1, 2020, and Item 7 of the specified list which becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
