According to article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" and the subitem 26 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and the entrepreneurship approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 25, 2000 No. 721 "Questions of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship" (with changes),

I ORDER:

1. Determine that the amount of payment for receipt of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical litspredprinimatel (further - the Register) constitutes:

- for receipt of the statement from the Register - three tax-free minima of the income of citizens. For each leaf of information on the form of the established sample the payment in the amount of 20 percent of one tax-free minimum of the income of citizens is levied;

- for receipt of the reference from the Register - one tax-free minimum of the income of citizens. For each leaf of information on the form of the established sample the payment in the amount of 20 percent of one tax-free minimum of the income of citizens is levied.

The amount of payment is determined including tax on value added.
