1. Recognize invalid orders of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship:

of October 20, 2005 No. 99 "About the size and procedure for introduction of the payment levied for receipt of the statement and reference from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 23, 2006 for No. 165/12039;

of February 24, 2010 No. 34 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of 20.10.2005 No. 99 "About the size and procedure for introduction of the payment levied for receipt of the statement and reference from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.02.2006 for No. 165/12039" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2010 for No. 229/17524.

2. To department of state registration (Benedisyuk S. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
