About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee on financial monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

"14. The tender committee is created by the order of the head of the relevant organ on financial monitoring having the right of appointment to the corresponding position (further - the head of body for financial monitoring).

15. The tender committee consists of five people. The chairman of tender committee is determined by person specified in Item 14 of these rules.

The structure of tender committee can consist of the deputy manager of body for financial monitoring, and also heads of structural divisions, representatives of personnel service, other staff of operational investigative division of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations).

The secretary of tender committee is the representative of personnel service who performs organizational support of its work and does not take part in vote.

Substitution of the absent members of tender committee is not allowed.";

57. The candidate (further - the trainee) for the first time accepted in operational investigative divisions of bodies for financial monitoring (service of economic investigations), who received the positive decision of tender committee is subject to training.

Persons having the right to revenues to law-enforcement service out of competitive selection are not subject to training.";
