About approval of the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media in Ukraine and Regulations on state registration of news agencies as subjects of information activities
In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About printing mass media (press) in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About news agencies" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.11.97 "About state registration of printing mass media, news agencies and the amount of registration fees" I ORDER to No. 1287:
1. Approve Regulations on state registration of printing mass media in Ukraine and Regulations on state registration of news agencies as subjects of information activities (are applied).
2. To management of legalization of associations of citizens (Marchenko N. A.):
- bring this order to permission of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments;
- provide in accordance with the established procedure registration of this order in Department of state registration of regulations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine Shupenya M. M.
