About rates of excises on excise goods
1. Establish rates of excises on excise goods according to appendices 1 and 2.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
authorize the relevant republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus within the competence to draw the conclusions about reference of separate goods to groups of excise goods;
take other measures directed to implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2006.
