I ORDER:

1. Introduce the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 11, 2015 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of the organization of maintenance and repair of the equipment, buildings and constructions of power plants, thermal and power networks" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10451, it is published on April 3, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of the organization of maintenance and repair of the equipment, buildings and constructions of power plants, the thermal and power networks approved by the specified order:

add with Item 24-1 of the following content:

"24-1. When servicing power networks by the power transferring organization carrying out testing and measurements in power networks which results are entered in sheets of key parameters of technical condition of power networks in forms according to appendices 12, of 13, 14 to these rules is provided.

By results of repair of power networks by the power transferring organization sheets of key parameters of technical condition of power networks in forms according to appendices 12, of 13, 14 to these rules are filled in.";

2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, of 10, 11 to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of 8, of 9, 10 to this order;

add with appendices 12, of 13, 14 according to appendices 11, of 12, 13 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
