About modification of the Order of the Government No. 837/2016 about approval of the Regulations on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance

1. In the Order of the Government No. 837/2016 about approval of the Regulations on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 204-205, 906) to make the following changes:

Item 3 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. The monthly official pay rates provided in appendices No. 1 and 3 to the Provision specified in Item 1, are reviewed annually, depending on the available financial resources for the corresponding year in the funds of compulsory medical insurance intended for payment of medical services.";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text the word "founder" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the responsible person of the founder" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) 3) of Item 7 to state the subitem in the following edition:
