About reorganization of some republican public institutions, republican state state companies and modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize by merge and transformation the republican public institutions which are under authority of Committee of highways of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of quality of road assets" (further - the company) Committee of highways of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine Committee of highways of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body in management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the companies.

3. Determine the main objects of activity of the companies conducting examination of quality of works and materials in case of construction, reconstruction, repair and content highways, and also management of road assets.

4. Reorganize the republican state state company "казакстан zholdara sou" Committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of the republican state state company "Shipping Register of Kazakhstan" of Committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To committees of highways and transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan charters of the reorganized companies;

2) to provide state registration of the reorganized companies in judicial authorities;
