About the state energy and gas supervision

In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2019 "About creation of organization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 92

1. Approve Regulations on the state energy and gas supervision it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in subitem 5.14 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, of the word of "bodies of the state energy and gas supervisions" shall be replaced with words "body of the state energy and gas supervision";

2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.05.2020 No. 309

2.3. to exclude item 4 of appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for preparation and issue of allowing documentation on construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223,;

2.4. in the Instructions for use gas in life approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2007 No. 1539:

to "workers" and "auxiliary rooms" to add subitem 10.2 of Item 10 after words respectively with words "body of the state energy and gas supervision (further - body of gosenergogaznadzor) and (or)" and "for implementation of the state gas supervision and (or)";
