About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2008 No. 289 "About approval of Standard regulations of the central state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 16, the Art. 152).

2. Item of 30 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2009 No. 2305 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 4, the Art. 54).

3. Item 4 of changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 25, 2010 No. 641 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
