About modification of the Regulations on procedure for service of civil protection of the private by persons and the commanding structure

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on procedure for service of civil protection of the private by persons and the commanding structure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2013 No. 593 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 67, Art. 2436; 2015, No. 28, Art. 812, No. 40, Art. 1218; 2016, No. 99, the Art. 3223), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for service of civil protection of the private by persons and the commanding structure

1. Add the Provision  with Items 27-1 and 31-1 of the following content:

"27-1. Faces of the commanding structure are forbidden to be engaged during service entrepreneurial or another paid (except teaching, scientific and creative activities, medical practice, instructor and judicial practice from sport) in activities.";

"31-1. Cadets during training (service of civil protection) can be appointed in structure of daily details for maintenance of internal procedure, protection of staff, special and other equipment, rooms and property and the adjacent territory of organization of formation of civil protection, control of the state of affairs in divisions, timely taking measures to prevention of offenses and execution of other obligations of service of civil protection, and also can be recruited in actions for mitigation of consequences of the emergency situations which are not connected with risk for life and health.".

3. In paragraph three of Item 42 of the word "characteristics from prior workplaces or study for the last three years," to exclude.
