About additional measures for effective use of objects of state-owned property
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of objects of state-owned property and creation of additional terms for development of private property and entrepreneurship:
1. Approve the offer of the Agency on management of the state assets, the Ministries of Justice, the Ministries of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and hokim of areas about prolongation of term of carrying out the experiment on simplification of procedures of realization of objects of state-owned property established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 11, 2018 No. UP-5552 "About Additional Measures for Simplification of Procedures of Realization to Subjects of Entrepreneurship of Objects of State-owned Property and Rights to the Parcels of Land" till January 1, 2020.
3. The list of the objects of state-owned property which are subject to transfer to state bodies on the right of operational management for further effective use according to appendix No. 3.
6. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas in a month:
provide preparation of cadastral documents of the corresponding parcels of land, buildings and constructions specified in appendices No. No. 1 and 2 to this Decree and also state registration of the rights to them in the procedure established by the legislation;
