The list of public authorities, bodies of the public and economic board, other state organizations of republican value which heads can petition for permanent registration of workers in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region, No. 336 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 7, 2016 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 10, Art. 89), to add with Item 112 of the following content:

"112. The device of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship".

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
