Some questions of cross-border movement of currency values by physical persons

According to part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions" and parts six of Article 257 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve form of the declaration form of cross-border movement of currency values by physical persons (further - the declaration of cross-border movement) according to appendix.

2. Determine that declaration forms of cross-border movement can be made by physical persons by printout using means of the computer equipment or their copying on paper of the A4 format (210 x 296 millimeters) in the form approved by this resolution.

3. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 431 "About approval of form of the customs declaration for written declaration of goods, moved through customs border of Ukraine with citizens for the personal, family and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1526) and of May 21, 2012 No. 450 "The questions connected using customs declarations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 40, the Art. 1545, No. 91, the Art. 3674) changes which are applied.
