About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2013 No. 73

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2013 No. 73 "About procedure for the certificate of request of provision of personal data of physical persons from the register of the population" the following changes:
1.1. in preamble:
words "Item 2 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 "About the register of the population" shall be replaced with words "paragraph two of part one of item 4 of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 418-Z "About the register of the population";
exclude the words "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Organizations Which Are a Part of the System of Law-enforcement Bodies";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine that:
