1. Approve the enclosed Rules of modification of design of the wheel vehicles which are in operation and implementation of the subsequent check of fulfillment of requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles".

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation till June 1, 2019 to approve administrative regulations of provision of the state service in issue of permission to modification of design of the wheel vehicle which is in operation and administrative regulations of provision of the state service in issue of the certificate on vehicle compliance with the changes made to its design to safety requirements.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2019, the subitem "d" of Item 7 and the subitem "g" of Item 10 of the Rules approved by this resolution which except for are becoming effective since January 1, 2020.
