1. Determine that issuers of securities have the right to perform disclosure and (or) provision of information which is subject to disclosure (including in the prospectus of securities) and (or) to provision according to requirements of the Federal Law "About Joint-stock Companies" and the Federal Law "About the Security Market" (regardless of the purposes and disclosure form or provision of information), according to the list according to appendix in narrow structure and (or) amount in the following cases:

if disclosure and (or) provision by the issuer of information on person concerning which the measures of restrictive nature entered by foreign states, national associations and (or) the unions and (or) the public (interstate) institutions of foreign states or national associations and (or) unions are effective (further - measures of restrictive nature) lead (can bring) to introduction of measures of restrictive nature concerning the issuer and (or) other persons, including to introduction of new measures of restrictive nature concerning person about whom the issuer reveals and provided information;

if concerning the issuer measures of restrictive nature are effective;

if the issuer is the credit institution referred to category of authorized banks according to the Federal Law "About the State Defense Order";
