About modification of structure and format of the preliminary information about the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by air transport
According to Item 17 of Article 11 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in structure and format of the preliminary information about the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by air transport, the Boards of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of November 28, 2018 No. 192, of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2019.
At the same time application of this Decision by the Republic of Belarus begins since October 1, 2019.

1. To state the subitem "d" of Item 5 in the following edition:
"e) descriptions of forming of details of structure of the preliminary information about the goods imported by air transport.".

"12. The description of forming of details of structure of the preliminary information about the goods imported by air transport is provided in table 10.
In the table the following fields (graphs) are created:
"detail name" - the settled or official verbal designation of detail with indication of hierarchical number of detail;
"Item (Items) of the Procedure" - Item (Items) of the Procedure for submission of the preliminary information on the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union air transport approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 24, 2018 No. 62, corresponding (corresponding) detail structures of electronic document type;
"¼¡". - plurality of details (obligation (optionality) and the number of possible repeatings of detail). For specifying of plurality of details designations according to the designations specified in Item 8 of this document are used;
"rule code" - specification symbol of the rule;
"rule type" - rule scope code. The following values are admissible:
1 – the rule is established by the act of body of the Eurasian Economic Union, it is obligatory to application in all state members;
2 – the rule is established by the act of body of the Eurasian Economic Union, is applied in separate state member;
3 – the rule is established by the legislation of state member, is applied in separate state member;
"state member code" - 2-unit alphabetic code of state member in which the rule is applied (for rules which are applied in separate state members);
"the description of the rule" - the description of the rule of forming of detail.".
