Article 1. "About provision by the property right of the apartments built for the refugees who are violently moved from the Azerbaijan Republic in 1988-1992" (of November 20, 2002, ZR-458, further - the Law) to state the text of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to refugees in the following edition:

"The refugees who received the apartment till June 30, 2005 can submit the application for provision of this apartment by it by the property right till June 30, 2006.

The refugees who received the apartment after July 1, 2005 can submit the application for provision of this apartment by it by the property right within one year after receipt of the apartment.

Apartments of the refugees who did not submit applications at the scheduled time are considered as apartments state housing fund, and the state authorized body dealing with issues of refugees disposes of them.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
