According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use", to Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 1998 No. 838, to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction concerning filling of the statement for receipt of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of Public service of export control of Ukraine of July 8, 2005 No. 193 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the statement for receipt (prolongation of effective period) of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 10, 2005 for No. 1174/11454.
