1. No. PP-3384 "About measures for the accelerated implementation of the automated control system and accounting of electrical energy and natural gas" to declare Item 9 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 13, 2017 invalid.
2. No. PP-3981 "About measures for the accelerated development and ensuring financial stability of electric power industry" to add item 4 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 23, 2018 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Exempt domestic manufacturers of metering devices of electrical energy for a period of up to January 1, 2022 from customs payment (except for charges for customs clearance) for import of the component parts, raw materials and materials used for production of metering devices of electrical energy and the accompanying equipment, delivered under the signed contracts with JSC Uzbekenergo within this resolution, and also the value added tax in case of realization of the specified metering devices of electrical energy and the accompanying equipment".
