About approval of the unified forms of statements which are drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

According to part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 10, 2018 No. 342, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER to the Technique of development of the unified forms of statements which are drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) actions of the state supervision (control):

1. Approve the unified forms of acts which are applied:

1) the Statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of production and repair of not military firearms and ammunition to it, cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second, trade in not military firearms and ammunition to it, by cold weapon, pneumatic weapon of caliber over 4,5 of millimeter and the speed of flight of bullet over 100 meters per second; productions of the special means loaded with substances tear and irritant action, individual protection, active defense and their sale which are subject to licensing;

2) the Statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of the security activities which are subject to licensing.
