About ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About management of municipal lands"

For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About management of municipal lands" in connection with the introduction in force I decide it:

I. Determine that:

- the stipulated in Article 4.0.8 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About management of municipal lands" power "of relevant organ of the executive authority" are performed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

- the stipulated in Article 14.4 powers of "relevant organs of the executive authority" specified the Law perform the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic as the State committee on property questions under the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic;

- the stipulated in Article 23.3.2 powers of "relevant organs of the executive authority" specified the Law are performed by the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic as the State committee on property questions under the Ministry of Economics.

II. In No. 534 the "Rules of purchase and sale of lands" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 10, 1997 to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 6 of the word "and other standard rates" shall be replaced with words "other standard rates and limits established by the Law".
