PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About approval of some regulatory legal acts providing carrying out agrarian reforms

(as amended on 27-05-2016)

For the purpose of acceleration of agrarian reforms in the Azerbaijan Republic according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About reform of sovkhozes and kolkhozes" and the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 482 of August 13, 1996 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About land reform" I decide:

1. It is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 08.07.2014 No. 215

2. Determine that before creation of municipalities of the earth, subject to transfer to municipal property, remain at the disposal of the corresponding executive authorities.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
