Make the following changes to the "Rules of purchase and sale of lands" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of some regulatory legal acts providing carrying out agrarian reforms" of January 10, 1997 to No. 534 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 07, Articles 464, 465, No. 10, Article 640, No. 12, Article 775, 2002, No. 08, Article 480, 2003, No. 10, Articles 545, 577, 581, 583, 2006, No. 5, Article 409, No. 7, Article 590, 2010, No. 7, Article 610):
1. in the first paragraph of Item 5 of the word "according to the decision of municipal authorities" shall be replaced with words "according to the decision of municipality and the agreement signed between the parties".
2. give the twenty fourth paragraph of Item 8 in the following edition:
"Direct allocation of the parcels of land by municipalities for construction of the private apartment house is performed according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 23 "About rules of preparation and approval of the documents connected with allocation of municipal lands", approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 15, 2002 No. 274-IIQ.".
