According to Article 2, to Item 18 parts two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", taking into account the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" and the Law of Ukraine of May 15, 2018 No. 2418-VIII "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to attraction of foreign investments", for the purpose of refining of actions of depository institutions and nominee holders on ensuring accomplishment of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) enacted by the corresponding Presidential decrees of Ukraine, and settlement of interaction between participants of depositary system of Ukraine the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 13, 2015 No. 1707 "About procedure for accomplishment by stock market participants of decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on application of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2015 for No. 1325/27770 (with changes), such changes:
