1. Accept offers of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the organizations of the textile industry - initiators of creation of modern cotton and textile productions and clusters (further - organizers of cotton and textile productions) about creation and expansion since harvest of cotton raw of 2019 of cluster form of the organization of cotton and textile production in regions of the republic according to appendix No. 1.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 22.08.2022 No. 471

3. Determine that fuels and lubricants, the mineral fertilizers, remedies of plants, regulators of development of plants, defoliants and other chemical means given by organizers of cotton and textile production to farms are not the taxation object (except for the value added tax).

Grant the right to organizers of cotton and textile production to perform transfer of property to farms with the value added tax on goods (works, services) transferred (rendered) not earlier than October 1, 2018.

4. Take into consideration about the termination of cluster form of the organization by cotton and textile productions of JV Peshkuteks LLC, Namimpekstekstil LLC, SP Daka Tekh LLC, Sherabad tekstil invest LLC, Surxonteks LLC, SP Nortex Style LLC and Baht Invest Hamkor Tekh LLC.
