About modification of the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" I ORDER to No. 1548:

1. Make changes to the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 for No. 341/16357 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of October 20, 2017 No. 357), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of rail transport:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Yu.Lavrenyuk.
