1. Approve Rules of establishment of requirements of energy efficiency of goods, works and services in case of order placement in ensuring the state needs (are applied).

2. To the ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

Rules of establishment of requirements of energy efficiency of goods, works and services in case of order placement in ensuring the state needs

1. These rules determine procedure for establishment of requirements of energy efficiency of goods, works and services in case of order placement by accomplishment of the state needs (further Requirements of energy efficiency).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

- energy efficiency - economically reasonable effective use of energy resources taking into account extent of development of the existing equipment and technology, with respect for requirements of environment protection, achievement of effective use of fuel and energy resources;

- fuel and energy resources (energy resources) set of all types of fuel, the natural and transformed energy of the country which it is subdivided into renewable energy resources, primary energy resources and secondary energy resources;
