- bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan (including boundary bodies);
- drugs monitoring bodies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- bodies of the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- customs authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- organizations of execution of criminal penalties of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- judges of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- other bodies of inquiry of the Republic of Tajikistan which by the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan are granted the right to bring criminal cases and to conduct inquiry.
