2. To the ministries and departments to take necessary measures to execution of this resolution.
3. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2007.

1. The instruction of the statistical recording of crimes of corruption nature and the list of these crimes (further - the Instruction) is developed in pursuance of the requirement of part 3 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 25, 2005 No. 100 "About fight against corruption" for the purpose of statistical and information support of process of application and implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About fight against corruption".
