About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 261

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2016 No. 261 "About approval of the Procedure for training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in higher educational institutions (scientific institutions)" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 29, the Art. 1164) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 3, 2019 No. 283
1. In the resolution:
"Higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "institutions of higher education";
Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. Determine that training of candidates and doctors of science which is performed by institutions of higher education and scientific institutions and begun till September 1, 2016 continues within the provided preparation term according to the legislation existing at the time of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of July 1, 2014 with No. 1556-VII "About the higher education".".
2. According to the procedure of training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in higher educational institutions (scientific institutions), approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name and the text of the Procedure for the word "higher educational institution" in all cases and forms of number shall be replaced with words "institution of higher education" in the corresponding case and number;
