About approval of the Procedure for training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in institutions of higher education (scientific institutions)
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for training of job seekers of the higher education of degree of the doctor of philosophy and the doctor of science in institutions of higher education (scientific institutions) which is applied.
2. Determine that the training of candidates and doctors of science begun till September 1, 2016 is performed by institutions of higher education and scientific institutions according to the legislation existing before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of July 1, 2014 with No. 1556-VII "About the higher education".
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 3 of this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
