a) develop and submit till June 1, 2019 for approval of the President of the Russian Federation method of calculation of indicator, the stipulated in Item 1 list;

b) annually, till March 1 to represent to the President of the Russian Federation the report on measure values, the stipulated in Item 1 list, for the accounting period.

3. To the government of the Russian Federation to develop together with the working groups of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the corresponding directions and to approve:

a) method of calculation of the indicators provided by Items 2 - the 15th list, for the period till 2024 inclusive, including for the accounting period (the current year) and for the planning period constituting two years following the accounting period - till June 1, 2019;
