According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 28, 2017 No. ZRU-453 "About accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment" (Cape Town, on November 16, 2001) and to the Protocol on aeronautical equipment to the Convention on the international guarantees concerning mobile equipment (Cape Town, on November 16, 2001)", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of procedures of issue of the registration certificate of the civil aircraft the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of the registration certificate of the civil aircraft approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 1, 2016 No. 58 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 14), changes according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov.
