About change of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2005 No. 961

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for development and accomplishment of scientific and technical programs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2005 No. 961, the following changes:
1.1. in Item 6:

1.4. state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. In case of failure to carry out of works on the third Section of the program the state customer in reports on accomplishment of the program informs GKNT on the reasons of failure to carry out of the provided amounts of release of again mastered products and the taken measures for accomplishment of the corresponding tasks.
