About change of Resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2009 No. 42 and of March 7, 2014 No. 58

Based on paragraph two of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 "About realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus" and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 15

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2009 No. 42 "About some measures for enhancement of realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of the sixth of part one of Item 4, parts two of Item 6 and Item 10 of the Rules of implementation of realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 15, and subitems 6.19-1 and 6.19-2 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

in Item 1:

the thirteenth subitem 1.2 after the word "middle name" to add the paragraph with words "(if that is available)";
